TVMDWI primarily involves intermittent, rapidly-changing episodes compromised by the imagined perception of lights, patterns or objects in the visual cortex when engaging in strenuous cognitive activity, interrupted by severe tingling sensations on specific skin regions.
( I think I had a severe case of this after a large consumption of champagne!)
